I used Clutch moving to help me move everything out of my storage unit and into my new home and they were incredible. The customer service was great, they responded promptly to my request for quote, gave me a detailed quote that was broken down with no hidden cost, were able to schedule my move on short notice, and called to confirm twice in the week leading up to my move. The movers themselves (Emerson, Berner, and Francisco) were very impressive! The crew of 3 was able to load up everything I had in almost no time and once we arrived at my new home they unloaded everything, unwrapped everything that had been sitting in storage for months, and reassembled my furniture in impressive time! They even took extra caution to protect the doorways and floors and very polite and great to work with. My total bill ended up being less than quoted because the movers were able to get it done so quickly. Overall a great experience with clutch!

Had Sal and his guys come over and help us out. They were very polite, thorough and professional. When there were issues with how our shipment was packed from a previous company they paused to let us take pictures of the damage, they were very up front and transparent with the work. Very good experience with this company. We used only for packing up the truck with furniture; all boxes we did ourselves. The movers were on time, thorough and professional. The furniture was wrapped well and there was no damage on the unpacking part of the move. Price was definitely not the least expensive but the guys worked hard and did a great job with everything so we felt it was worth the cost. Company has good protocol for communication and follow up as well. The person who came out to do our initial estimate was detailed and took his time to get things right. We would recommend this company.

You know how you want your friends to help you move out because you trust them and you know they are free. Well they work for Pizza. SO these guys Love Pizza and work for Cash but they are so nice it’s like having your friends help you move. I made one call and within a day a friendly dude came by our house and did a thorough inspection of our house and asked all the right question. Like, ” Do you need us to pack your stuff? Do you have a plan for your plants? Who is moving the fish tanks?” That one is always my favorite question because who the heck wants to move a fish tank? No one. Or at least I think that is the answer. But NO these guys do it all. I’m not sure about the tanks because I trust no one not even my friends to move tanks. But everything else was very much within their wheelhouse. These guys are kind, courteous and they really do want you to buy them some lunch. Well actually they didn’t ask but we offered because they are moving HEAVY boxes of BOOKS and all sorts of our crap so yeah $30 of pizza is the least I can do. Clutch makes the move easy and they check in every step of the way to ensure your move is easy and pleasant. Imagine that a pleasant move. Yup it’s possible if you call these guys.

I’m no stranger to moves, but I was stressing hard about my move of less than one mile.
Bella was great at connecting with me and making sure that I was taken care of from beginning to end. Even when I first asked for a quote and said I found another moving company, I still went back and booked Clutch. I’m extremely busy with work and packing that her checking in on me reminded me that I needed to book movers.
Their persistent communication makes sure all t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted. Upon arrival, the three gentlemen that gathered my belongings got everything packed up and unloaded in under two hours (what????). Truly amazing. I know that I’ll be moving again eventually, so I’m happy that I don’t have to go through the research and just book Clutch in the future.

From the moment I called their office and spoke with compassionate Nenita to the moment the Estimator Joe did a virtual tour (it rocked & he’s spot on) to when the 4 movers arrived and departed – it was as streamlined as anything could be. I give profound praise and gratitude to Joe, Carlos the Foreman and the crew : Gerardo Ebaristo and Cesar, Truly happy smiling super strong guys! They hauled 17 years of my life DOWN 33 stairs and were still smiling and that made me smile too. They are health conscious and I’ve no idea how they lug the furniture in masks but they do. Clutch moving company was fantastic! We used them for a unique moving situation from Oakland to San Bruno and it was a very smooth experience from quote, to scheduling, to loading/unloading to payment.
Not only were they very efficient, but the crew was very responsive and communicative throughout, which was particularly helpful. They made quick work of loading our stuff and got it unloaded safely in a short time.

Kevin, Juan, and Javier came at around 9:30 AM and were able to move out entire apartment out to the truck in about an hour. They were so kind, professional, funny, and just overall AMAZING. I can’t recommend Clutch enough! The office people were super communicative and so were their movers. I work in property management and I’ve never seen movers work this fast and organized.
Of course, there are cheaper places you could go to for local and long distance movers, but the value and service you get for the price is unbeatable. 10/10 would recommend all day, everyday!!!

Highly recommend! Moving can be so stressful but they made it as painless as possible. I spoke with Marianne who was courteous and accommodating (i moved my date twice, life happens:) and helped me plan for the moving date. The movers (Gio, Antonio and Rei) were very professional and friendly! We were referred Clutch Moving by our agent, Jennie Lok after purchasing our first home. We still got a few quotes from others, but ended up going with Clutch because they were communicative, fast, and provided fair pricing. Beforehand asked us if we needed mattress covers, etc and were transparent about any extra costs.
The day of the move, we had 3 movers come. Geo, Alex, and Ernie were great! They are very professional, hard working, and extremely efficient! They let us know when they were on the way, got all the boxes loaded up quickly, wrapped up the fragile items in blankets & saran wrap so it wouldn’t get damaged, provided wardrobe boxes, and made sure to put everything in all the right places and communicate throughout.
