File a Claim

The day has finally come: it’s time to settle into your new home! However, during a Move, you move all of your things, it’s a real possibility that something will get damaged or lost. No matter what precautions and measures we take, accidents still happen. That’s why it’s important to look over your shipment for any damage or loss and to know how to file a claim if necessary. With Clutch we will do our best to reimburse you for the damages caused. We deal with damages and we have a set up procedure for this below.
