Born in the Philippines, Kevin came to the United States at the age of 14 in search of the American Dream and found it in the Bay Area. Blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit, he later quit college to pursue various business ventures. Along the way, he built a solid skill set that would help him deftly handle just about anything he encountered. Always searching for bigger and better challenges, Kevin eventually set his sights on real estate. Since then, he has been cultivating a team of equally talented professionals to help him be the best agent—and have the best agency—in the Bay Area. Along the way he and Steven Mandac (Founder & President) crossed paths and eventually formed a partnership.
Not surprisingly, Kevin's talents are diverse. He's been through all types of companies, from MLM all the way to real estate. . Deeply proud to be a Filipino entrepreneur, Kevin hopes it will inspire others within his community.
As much as Kevin loves building businesses from scratch, he makes sure to carve out time for other things in life. His family and friends, networking, and exploring new travel destinations.

Fluent in the human resource, safety/security, and supplier diversity arena. Expert in background check processes and protocols.
Decebell Arrilago - Sales Manager
Decebell's background in sales and customer service working for small, medium to large enterprises for years has helped her develop great regard for customer experience. As a member of the sales force managing requests for estimates, providing recommendations she sees will benefit our clients after assessing their moving needs is an integral part of her service. Ensuring that details of the estimates and move processes are communicated well from the front and to the backend. Moving is a stressful process and choosing the right mover is essential in reducing or eliminating that stress, she values my clients' time and emphasize on this, hence she invests in creating an organized environment for coordinating their needs and requirements. She loves making them feel that everything is being taken care of so she always stays on top of everything and responds to their inquiries promptly.
